Chaque location inclue un capitaine et le carburant pour toute la durée du tour !
Si le client souhaite louer sans capitaine :
Le ou les bateau(x) loués est/sont placé(s) sous la responsabilité du locataire.
Le locataire doit être titulaire du permis mer et/ou fluvial selon le lieu ou le / les bateau(x) est / sont loués ou bien avoir a bord une personne titulaire du permis Mer / et ou Fluvial.
Condition d’annulations :
Toute location peut être annulée et remboursée à 100% dans les 48h après la réservation si la date de location intervient dans plus de 48h après la demande d’annulation. Passé ce délai il sera appliqué une franchise de 50% du prix de la location et 100% si l’annulation intervient dans les 24h avant la location. En cas de mauvais temps la location peut être décalée si possible et selon les disponibilité du/des bateau(x). Dans le cas ou le client souhaite reporter sa location nous lui offrons un voucher du même montant à utiliser dans les un an suivant la location initiale.

Rental conditions:
All Rent Included Fuel and a private Captain on the price during all the rent time !
(Each Boat tour comes with a Private Captain and the fuel)
If the client want to rent the boat without a Captain, the rented boat(s) is/are placed under the responsibility of the tenant.The tenant must hold a sea and/or fluvial license depending on the place where the boat(s) is/are rented or have on board a person holding a sea/and or fluvial licence.
Cancellation policy :Any rental can be canceled and refunded within 48 hours free of charge after booking only if the rental takes place more than 48 hours after the request. After this period, a deductible of 50% of the rental price will be applied and 100% if the request is done 24h before. In case of bad weather, the rental can be postponed if possible. In the event that the customer wishes to postpone his rental, we offer him a voucher for the same amount to be used within one year of the initial rental. The duration of the voucher can be exceptionally extended in certain exceptional cases.
